Shipping Information

Our processing time for orders is dependent on the contents, and ranges from 2-5 business days. We will be in constant communication with our customers about this timeline.

Our orders ship overnight in the US via UPS. We charge a flat $50 shipping fee for all reagent orders and a flat $75 shipping fee for all cell and Oba- orders.

International orders are shipped via DHL, World Courier, or Optimize Courier, based on customers’ preferences. Contact us to get a quote on international shipping and determine the best shipping means for your order.

Warranty and Returns

Obatala Sciences warrants that its products will perform as described. Obatala Sciences does not accept returns of its materials. Contact us if you experience issues with your order to discuss potential refunds.
